About the opportunity
We’re seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Project Officer to support the successful rollout and administration of the Records365 platform at NSW Health Pathology. In this key role, you’ll help drive our transition to smarter, in-place recordkeeping by assisting with platform configuration, records classification automation, and ongoing system management. You’ll work closely with the Privacy, Right to Information and Records Officer to ensure the platform aligns with compliance requirements and supports efficient records management across the organisation.

What you'll be doing

- Demonstrated knowledge of recordkeeping principles and practices for digital records in the context of the NSW State Records Act 1998.
- Proven experience in the application and use of retention and disposal authorities to sentence corporate records.
- Ability to handle sensitive information and maintain confidentiality of information that they may come across in a work context.
- Proven high level of computer literacy with the ability to provide system administration and support of a records management software platform.
- Demonstrated ability and initiative to work both as part of a team and independently.
- Demonstrated strong customer service skills with a customer-centric approach to service provision.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and be capable of professionally liaising and working with stakeholders across all levels of the organisation.
