As the ICT Change Enablement Manager, you will lead the end-to-end ICT change process, ensuring changes are assessed, approved and implemented in a controlled, risk-aware manner. You will chair Change Advisory Board (CAB) meetings, provide expert advice on risk and impact, and work closely with ICT and business stakeholders to minimise disruption.

You will also drive continuous improvement in change governance, monitor performance and compliance, and foster a culture of disciplined, high-quality change management that balances innovation with operational stability.

 

 

What you'll be doing

Develop and maintain a NSWHP IT Change Management Policy and represent same when audited. Reduce risks of services being disrupted by leading, best practice aligned,  procedures that ensure controlled and carefully managed IT change activity.

  1. Demonstrated experience and knowledge in leading large scale IT change processes in alignment with ITIL (Service Management best practice).
  2. Proven experience as an effective leader and team player with exceptional customer service skills with the ability to work with and lead others.
  3. Demonstrated exceptional communication skills both written and verbal, with the ability to give presentations, engage clinicians, develop process training documents, negotiate changes under pressure, and liaise effectively with internal and external stakeholders
  4. Demonstrated superior organisational skills and experience working in a high volume and demanding professional environment with a capacity to prioritise, multi-task, achieve business goals, perform, and always work with a customer focused approach
  5. Demonstrated experience using a range of tools and technology to support the delivery of ITSM change Management objectives
  6. Experience with leading and responding to Change Management audits, process and policy questions from executives, and other matters as they relate to ensuring or assuring good Governance
