About the Opportunity
This is an exceptional opportunity for an experienced Human Resource Manager to join our dynamic South/East Metropolitan team at NSW Health Pathology, the largest public pathology and forensic service in Australia.
This role is primarily based at our Randwick site but requires willingness to travel to multiple locations across the South/East network.

- Tertiary qualifications in human resource management, business, management or related field and/or experience in human resources management in a large and complex service delivery organisation.
Describe a time where you advised and supported a manager with a Workforce matter which included a complex issue related to either performance management, change processes, and/or employee relations.
Describe a time where you demonstrated high level communication, liaison and negotiation skills, with managers investigating a workforce issues, what was the outcome.
- Sound understanding of NSW Health or other relevant employment frameworks including relevant awards, industrial instruments, policies and legislation.
- Capacity to support and help develop line managers to enhance HR capabilities, including creating or delivering training programs.
