NSW Health Pathology is currently recruiting for a permanent full time and a temporary part time at 32 hour per week to join our team at the Call Centre Administration Officer located in Sutherland Hospital in Caringbah. Situated in Sydney’s southern suburbs, Sutherland Hospital is a respected district general hospital and part of the South Eastern Sydney Local Health District, offering a supportive and professional working environment.

What you'll be doing

The Call Centre Administration Officer will provide support to the Call Centre whilst providing administrative support to clinicians both internal and external to NSW Hospitals across the Sydney South East, GP surgeries, patients, as well as other external pathology providers. The Administration officer will provide an effective full range of administrative support services, including responding to telephone enquiries, filing and records management, data input and management, mail receipt and sorting, maintenance of registers, photocopying, compilation of annuals and reports to support the smooth running of the service.
