About the Role
We’re looking for an experienced Senior People & Culture Business Partner to provide strategic and operational HR support across NSW Ambulance. You’ll partner with senior leaders to deliver solutions that enhance the employee experience and build organisational capability.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing complex people matters, including grievance and performance processes
- Providing expert advice on employee relations and case management
- Coaching leaders and supporting organisational change
- Leading cyclical HR activities and initiatives
- Driving engagement and capability across a dynamic, state-wide organisation

About You
- Tertiary qualifications in HR, OD or related field
- Extensive experience as a Senior HR Business Partner (or similar)
- Strong background in grievance management, performance management, and complex case handling
- Proven ability to build trusted relationships with senior leaders
- Exceptional communication, influencing and negotiation skills
- Highly organised, responsive, and comfortable managing multiple priorities
- Previous government sector experience preferred (not essential)
