Remuneration: $77,039 per annum to $78,954 per annum + super and annual leave loading

ABOUT THE ROLE
In order to support the changing priorities of Workforce Planning and Programs within the People and Culture Directive. HR Officers within Workforce Planning and Programs will be undertaking a range of human resources related functions and activities including recruitment, human resources and human resources reporting.

ABOUT YOU
To be successful in this role, you will require the following experience and attributes:
- Adept at interpreting and applying relevant policies and procedures to fulfil organisational goals.
- Skilled in delivering operational support by responding to inquiries, accurately resolving queries, sharing precise information, and escalating issues as necessary.
- Competent in handling high-level administrative tasks with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experienced in reporting on various matters, with the ability to provide progress updates, highlight trends, and support decision-making.
- Strong focus on building and maintaining relationships across a large organisation.
- A team player dedicated to collaborating to enhance service delivery.
