ABOUT THE ROLE
Provide high level administrative, clerical and secretarial support to the Associate Director Clinical Operations and within the sector office generally.

ABOUT YOU
We are looking for candidates who can demonstrate the following experience and capabilities:
- Manage day-to-day office operations, including scheduling, supplies, and maintenance.
- Coordinate and support office document management, Making travel arrangements.
- Taking of Minutes, Preparing meeting agenda’s and assisting in the digital filing of documents.
- Handle correspondence, phone calls, and emails, event bookings and management directing them to the appropriate departments.
- Organise and facilitate events, meetings, and conferences.
- Maintain office policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with company standards.
- Accounts payable, receivable, and general invoicing.
