- Sound knowledge of educational theory particularly as it relates to the development of simulation and flexible education.
- Demonstrated experience in the development, facilitation and evaluation of simulation and online based education programs.
- High level of communication (written and oral), interpersonal and stakeholder relationship skills and an ability to communicate and collaborate within a multidisciplinary framework.
- Strong negotiation and problem resolution skills with the ability to work independently and in a project team environment
- Excellent organisational skills and experience working in a high volume and demanding professional environment with a capacity to prioritise, multi-task, achieve goals, achieve deadlines, perform and always work with a customer focused approach.
- Demonstrated ability in the use of contemporary educational and information technologies within the teaching/learning environment.
- Qualified paramedic and/or advanced education and health/ allied health academic qualifications. Must have as minimum a TAE 40110 Certificate IV in Workplace Training and Assessment or equivalent qualification however tertiary qualifications in education are desirable.
