Salary Range: $84,436 - $112,331 per annum + 12% super and benefits (Health Mgr Lvl 1)

About the Opportunity
A role where you can utilize your skills to drive real impact through creative and engaging digital communications. As Coordinator, Digital Communications, you will develop and implement user guides, training, and targeted digital content, Including copy, video, and graphics for our intranet, website, and email campaigns. You'll collaborate with internal stakeholders and subject matter experts to translate complex information into clear, customer-focused content that meets accessibility, brand, and style standards.
About You
We are looking for:
- Experience with design platforms, email marketing tools, CMS, and data analytics tools like Google Data Studio
- Proven ability to simplify complex content into user-friendly digital formats
- Strong skills in SEO, accessibility standards (WCAG), and digital performance measurement
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Positive, proactive attitude and commitment to team success
