ABOUT THE ROLE

The Coordinator Data and Evaluation Integrated Care Programs will develop, implement, and evaluate service development and process redesign initiatives that improve the efficacy and quality of Integrated Care initiatives at NSW Ambulance. This position will be responsible for data collection, analysis and the development of data management reporting structures and processes to enable the effective monitoring and evaluation of Integrated Care service provision. The role will work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders to develop and deliver innovative projects and models of care across NSW Ambulance.

ABOUT YOU

  • Relevant tertiary qualifications and/or experience in data analysis and statistics.
  • Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of applying research and evidence-based practice to the workplace with the ability to apply critical thinking and problem-solving skills to models of care and project management outcomes.
  • Demonstrated ability to identify evidence practice gaps in service delivery and devise innovative, evidence informed strategies to address these.
  • Demonstrated advanced skills in Excel, Power BI, data management, analysis and data presentation.
  • Demonstrated understanding of evaluation purposes and an ability to contribute to project evaluation
  • Proven ability to prioritise, manage expectations, proactively make recommendations, and manage risk.
  • Demonstrated experience in project management and the documentation, development, delivery and evaluation of health programs in a large and complex health service environment.
  • Demonstrated high level verbal and written communications, interpersonal and negotiation skills.
