Position Title: Administration Assistant Workforce Planning, temporary full time
Salary range: $65,436 per annum – 69,657 per annum plus 12% super & benefits (Admin Assistant Gde 4)

Location: Sydney Olympic Park

NSW Ambulance Workforce Planning and Programs team are looking for someone who can hit the ground running as their Administration Assistant on a temporary full time basis for maternity leave cover for a period of 12 months with possible extension.

About the Opportunity: 
In this role you will have the opportunity to:

  • Provide administrative support to the Associate Director Workforce Planning and Programs
  • Contribute positively and be actively engaged in the development of team building and culture improvement exercises within the team
  • Develop your skills and understanding of NSW Ambulance and its values through minute taking at meetings with the Associate Director Workforce Planning and Programs.

 

About You: 

  • You thrive in a high-pressure environment and under time constraints.
  • You are organised and able to follow instructions and processes.
  • You have a comprehensive understanding of the Microsoft Office suite and are knowledgeable in other database software packages
  • Your previous experience in professional office environments shows your ability to work independently and within a team.
