Role Tile: Project Manager Assets & Infrastructure
Employment Type: Temporary Full-Time (up to July 2027 with possible extension)
Salary Range: $132,236 - $150,222 per annum + 12% super and benefits (Health Mgr lvl 3)
Location: NSW Ambulance State Operations Centre, Sydney Olympic Park

Join NSW Ambulance as a Project Manager Assets & Infrastructure and play a vital role in delivering high-quality infrastructure that supports our lifesaving operations across the state.

 

About the opportunity

As a key member of the Assets and Infrastructure team, you’ll provide expert project management and strategic advice for the planning, delivery, and evaluation of a diverse range of asset and infrastructure projects. You’ll also represent NSW Ambulance in regular collaboration with NSW Health Infrastructure (HI) and other key stakeholders.

This role oversees all project stages - from community engagement, scoping and design to construction, handover and post completion.

The role requires travelling to regional sites for project scoping, implementation, regular inspections, stakeholder engagement and construction administration.

About you

You're an experienced project manager with a passion for building and maintaining high-quality public infrastructure. You bring strong communication and relationship management skills, thrive in complex stakeholder environments, and are confident navigating multiple priorities.

You will also have:

  • A relevant qualification and/or demonstrated experience in project management related to facilities, construction or infrastructure.
  • Proven experience managing the scope, delivery and compliance of capital projects.
  • Strong understanding of Australian Standards, NCC and other regulatory frameworks.
  • Exceptional interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive change, solve problems, and deliver effective project outcomes.
