ABOUT THE ROLE

The Program Manager Patient Information Systems (Next Generation eMR) is responsible for the design and development of future eMR and other patient information platforms including integration with Single Digital Patient Record (SDPR). The Program Manager Patient Information Systems (Next Generation eMR) will collaborate with internal and external subject matter experts (SMEs) and stakeholders on current and future scope activities relating to eMR.

Please note: This is a temporary full-time position for a period of up to two (2) years with possible extension.

 

ABOUT YOU

We’re interested in hearing from people who have:

  • Tertiary qualifications and/or demonstrated experience to a senior level in project management and sound knowledge of the structure and processes of government with an understanding of Australian and NSW Healthcare systems
  • Demonstrated experience working in a complex environment, communicating, advising and influencing project team members, subject matter experts, senior managers and stakeholders to meet the project needs in a timely and outcomes-focused manner.
  • Demonstrated experience in leading and managing teams in the delivery of the clinical solution design and development of patient information systems.
  • Demonstrated experience in facilitating and leading change, analysing problems, developing effective solutions and resolving conflicting priorities in a health or corporate services context.
  • Proven ability in planning and delivering complex capital projects, including developing clear, measurable project scopes and effective monitoring, reporting and communication requirements.
