Position Title:  Administration Assistant Recovery
Employment Type: Permanent (Full-time)
Salary range: $68,383 per annum to $72,795 per annum + 12% super and benefits (Administrative Assistant Grade 4)
Location: NSW Ambulance State Operations Centre, Sydney Olympic Park

About the Opportunity

Join the Recovery Team and play a key role in keeping our operations running smoothly. In this role, you will provide administrative support to the Associate Director Recovery and Recovery Managers. You will maintain claims and litigation databases and inboxes, answer general enquiries, manage documentation and correspondence, and support financial, travel, and other general administrative processes. Your work will help the team stay efficient, effective, and focused on achieving results.

About You

We are looking for someone who:

  • Is highly organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple administrative tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Pays attention to detail, able to communicate effectively and confidently with a variety of stakeholders and use initiative to solve problems.
  • Thrives when supporting a team to achieve goals and enjoy working collaboratively.
  • Is proficient in Microsoft Office applications and able to use them effectively across a range of tasks.
  • Is able to exercise sound judgement and discretion while maintaining confidentiality.
  • Has experience in producing accurate reports, letters and meeting minutes.
