Welfare Worker Aged Care
- Experience and understanding of the issues relation to older people and younger people with a disability, and the complex health problems requiring aged care placement.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
Proven written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate across all levels with internal and external stakeholders.
