Executive Unit, Ryde Hospital
What you'll be doing
The role is responsible for providing timely, effective and high level confidential, secretarial, administrative and related support services to the Ryde Hospital General Manager (GM) and the Ryde Hospital Executive team. In addition to the General Manager the role supports the Site Operations Manager and the Manager Allied Health Aged Care Rehabilitation and Ambulatory Care as required. The role contributes to the overall efficiency and success of Ryde Hospital, being the team leader of the Executive Administration team and coordinating administrative functions within the Ryde Hospital Executive unit.
The role ensures the smooth functioning of the diverse administration requirements of the Executive unit, including proactive management of executive correspondence, executive dairies, preparation of briefs, minutes, memos, and active support for facility management, planning and project management.
The role participates in and supports the Ryde Hospital Redevelopment as required, being a key support to the team.

Candidates will need to meet the following criteria:
- Demonstrated experience working in a high-level administrative/ secretarial role.
- Outstanding organisation skills with the ability to effectively prioritise workload, meet deadlines, be flexible and show initiative
- Demonstrated ability to coordinate administrative functions including change management and proactive problem identification and solving
