An exciting opportunity has opened up to join RNSH Medical Workforce Unit as the Junior Medical Recruitment Coordinator, working in a friendly and supportive environment to offer a high level of service to our staff and patients.

Remuneration: $1517.31 - $1551.72 per week

Where you'll be working
RNSH Medical Workforce Unit

What you'll be doing
Coordinate end-to-end recruitment processes for Junior Medical Officers (JMOs), including annual and ad hoc campaigns, onboarding, and compliance checks. Ensure recruitment activities adhere to NSW Health policies, Industrial Awards, and accreditation standards. Maintain accurate records and provide high-level administrative support to deliver timely and effective recruitment outcomes under limited direction.

Candidates will need to meet the following criteria:

  1. Demonstrated experience in recruitment coordination within a health or complex organisational setting.
  2. Demonstrate your strong organisational,communication and time management skills with ability to meet deadlines.
  3. Demonstrate your experience in verifying documentation and maintaining accurate records.
