What you'll be doing
The purpose of the role is to provide safe and quality nursing care to patients, utilising the primary nursing model of care and nursing competency standards. The RN will provide clinical physical and virtual assessments, care planning, case management of each patient to ascertain their care needs,and will regularly evaluate the outcomes of care provided through reviews and assessments, and maintaining up to date and accurate documentation in patient records.

- Registered Nurse - Division 1 with Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) and have a valid Australian Drivers Licence.
- Demonstrated effective interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
- Current clinical knowledge and clinical problem solving ability.
- A commitment to excellence in nursing practice and continuing professional development.
Ability to work effectively within a multi-disciplinary team.
