What you'll be doing
The Older Persons Community Mental Health Service, located at Brookvale Community Health Centre, provides specialist mental health assessment, diagnosis, care coordination, and treatment for people aged 65 and over, as well as for younger adults with complex age-related needs.
We are a dynamic, multidisciplinary team committed to delivering recovery-oriented, trauma-informed care. We look forward to welcoming the successful applicant and providing ongoing support and mentoring within a community-based setting.

Candidates will need to meet the following criteria:
- Current Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (APRHA) registration as a Registered Nurse.
- Committed to providing high-quality, person-centered care that is recovery-focused and trauma-informed.
Demonstrated skills in safe and effective triage, assessment, risk assessment and care planning.
