Permanent FTE position for a Community RN to work with NSHNS Mona Vale Centre.

Where you'll be working

 
Mona Vale Centre NSHNS

What you'll be doing
You will be working with patients in the community setting and Mona Vale Clinic on site at the Community Health Building. You will be providing all care required , which will include, Catheter (SPC,IDC ) management, education. Acute and complex wound care, including compression Therapy. All CVAD requirements. Palliative Care, including pleural, peritoneal drainage. EOLC, syringe driver, sub cut injections. Carer and patient support. Health monitoring & education for cardiac, respiratory, diabetic patients.

Candidates will need to meet the following criteria:

  1. Registered Nurse –Division 1 with Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA); and Current NSW Drivers Licence.
  2. Demonstrated ability to work well within a multidisciplinary team, with an emphasis on service delivery, patient safety, quality of care and team cohesion.
  3. Sound experience using electronic medical record systems and office applications, and evidence of personal time management capabilities and effective negotiation skills.
