An exciting opportunity exists to experience and work within the caseload model of Midwifery at Royal North Shore Hospital (RNSH), providing Antenatal care, Birth and Postnatal care in the women’s home, using all your midwifery skills and scope of practice- or being supported to achieve these goals.
Royal North Shore Hospital. This opportunity exists within the North Shore Ryde Maternity service. This position is supported by the midwives within the MGP, the Midwifery Unit Manager, Clinical Midwifery Consultant and Educators.

Candidates will need to meet the following criteria:
- Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Midwife
- Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with a high level of written and verbal skills with both patients and colleagues.
- Recent experience and competency to practise as a midwife in antenatal, labour, birth and postnatal care, lactation and infant feeding.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively both independently and in a team environment.
- Demonstrated commitment to ongoing professional development.
- Current unrestricted NSW Drivers licence.
