Project Manager, Digital Health Service
As Project Manager within the Digital health Service, you will lead the planning, execution and delivery of digital health projects, ensuring alignment with Northern Sydney Local Health District’s (NSLHD) strategic priorities and timelines.

Remuneration: $2,720.93 - $3,241.77 per week

What you'll be doing
The Project Manager leads digital health projects across NSLHD, overseeing planning, execution, and delivery to ensure alignment with strategic priorities. This role manages cross-functional teams, engages stakeholders, and supports governance and reporting processes to deliver high-quality outcomes. Additionally, the Project Manager champions best practices in project management and contributes to continuous improvement and business alignment within the DHS stream.

Candidates will need to meet the following criteria:
- Demonstrated experience in managing digital health or complex projects, including planning, execution, and delivery within a healthcare or government environment. Relevant project management experience and/or recognised Project Management qualifications.
- Proven ability to engage and collaborate with a wide range of stakeholders, including clinical, technical, and operational teams, to deliver project outcomes that align with strategic objectives.
- Strong skills in project governance, reporting, and risk management, with a track record of supporting executive forums and ensuring compliance with relevant policies and procedures in a Government environment.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills, with the ability to coach team members and manage competing priorities with tight timeframes in a complex and rapidly changing environment.
