Where you'll be working
Base at Royal North Shore Campus within the Virtual Care Service which delivers care to residents within the NSLHD.
What you'll be doing
Delivering high quality, safe physiotherapy treatment virtually within an MDT that includes medical, nursing and allied health.
An opportunity to provide personalised care to patients who are based at home, using technology to increase equitable and accessible care.
People of Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander background encouraged to apply.
Candidates will need to meet the following criteria:
- Full registration with the Physiotherapy Board of Australia. Evidence of extensive clinical experience with a minimum at a Level 2 Physiotherapist. NSW Unrestricted Drivers Licence.
Demonstrated proficient skills and knowledge in the provision of current physiotherapy practice within a Virtual Hospital including Hospital in the Home models of care and an MDT focus. A strong commitment to an evidence-based service to provide for consumers, carers and families requiring assessment, case management, intervention, appropriate referral and discharge planning.
