PCLI Older People's Mental Health Clinician
- Current Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (APRHA) registration as a Registered Nurse, Clinical Psychologist or Occupational Therapist or eligibility for membership to the AASW. Registered Nurses must have relevant post registration qualifications and at least 3 years' experience working in Older People's mental health or such other qualifications or relevant equivalent experience. Allied Health Professionals must have experience as level 2.
- Demonstrated skills in conducting comprehensive mental health assessments and ability to develop and implement care plans and discharge plans for older people with severe persistent mental illness and complex issues.
- Demonstrated experience working in Community Mental Health services, clinical expertise, clinical leadership and the ability to work effectively and collaboratively both independently and as part of the multidisciplinary team, key internal and external stakeholders
- Demonstrated experience, knowledge and high-level understanding of the NSW Mental Health Act (2007) and the NSW Guardianship Act (1987)
- Current NSW Drivers License
