Where you'll be working

Royal North Shore Campus and travel to Northern Sydney Local Health District Sites and Services.
What you'll be doing
The NSLHD Patient Reported Measures Project Officer will support the development, implementation and sustainability of the NSW Patient Reported Measures Program, to improve patients, staff and consumer experience within Northern Sydney Local Health District (NSLHD). The Project Officer will work collaboratively with NSLHD stakeholders, consumers, clinicians, Primary Health Networks and Primary Health Care staff, by way of full project management activities including project planning, strong change management, problem solving, stakeholder influence and negotiation skills, and milestone reporting.
People of Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander background are encouraged to apply.
Candidates will need to meet the following criteria:
- Tertiary qualifications in a relevant discipline and/or demonstrated relevant industry experience.
- How would you approach engaging diverse stakeholders, such as clinicians, consumers, and Primary Health Networks, to ensure the successful implementation ans sustainability of the Patient Reported Measures Program?
- Can you provide an example of a time you used strong change management skills to overcome resistance and drive the adoption of a new initiative?
