What you'll be doing
This is an administrative role within Outpatient Services (OPD) to provide efficient administrative and leadership to support the outpatient services for the hospital. This role will be responsible for the effective running of the outpatient services in conjunction with the Outpatient Nurse Unit Manager (NUM) and executive responsible for outpatient services. The role is to ensure that a high level of reception, administrative and customer support is being provided for the daily operational needs of the Outpatient Services with a professional, positive image that enhances patient experience and their journey within the service.

Candidates will need to meet the following criteria:
Ability to manage physical and financial resources to ensure the delivery of services or the successful completion of a project.
- Independent action may be exercised within constraints set by senior management. Demonstrated ability to work independently in a high pressure, high volume work environment.
Work with little formal guidelines, usually under limited direction as to work priorities and the detailed conduct of the task, with an ability to manage conflict of resources or priorities.
