What you'll be doing
The position will be the lead for Education and Training.
The role is intended to work collaboratively in supporting the delivery of quality teaching and learning within the multidisciplinary workforce.
The role includes the facilitation of site based Orientation and Induction process, Mandatory Training and supporting and coordinating Student Nurse Placement across the site.
The implementation of strategic training initiatives in collaboration with clinical Nurse Educators.
People of Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander background are encouraged to apply.
Candidates will need to meet the following criteria:
- Current Registration as a Registered Nurse Division ( with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulatory Agency (AHPRA)
- Holds post registration nursing clinical or education qualifications relevant to the clinical area in which they are to be appointed.
Demonstrated advanced interpersonal skills and demonstrated ability to work both autonomously and collaboratively as part of a team with a variety of multidisciplinary stakeholders.
