Where you'll be working 
Brookvale Community Health Centre

What you'll be doing

  • To provide reception and administrative support to staff working at Brookvale Community Health Centre (BCHC). 
  • To assist consumers/patients/clients and visitors /contractors to access services at the centre in a manner consistent with NSLHD Values and Behaviour Charter.
  • To undertake responsibility for day to day centre management tasks including the reception common areas
  • To liaise with all staff, teams and key stakeholders across Northern Sydney Local Health District as required.
  • Ensure communication and escalation of issues including Work Health and Safety matters to the appropriate personnel/ department in a timely manner.

Candidates will need to meet the following criteria:

 

  1. Can you tell us about a time where you have utilised effective communication skills to manage or deescalate a difficult situation?
  2. Can you tell us about how you prioritise projects and tasks when scheduling your time?
  3. Current NSW Drivers Licence
