Where you'll be working
Ryde Community Mental Health Centre
Provision of recovery oriented and trauma informed intensive care coordination to adults with severe and persistent symptoms of mental illness under an Assertive Outreach Model of Care. The team operates on a 7-day roster with daytime and evening shifts.
- AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse, Psychologist, Occupational Therapist or eligibility for membership with AASW.
- Demonstrated ability of putting people who experience mental health issues first and at the centre of practice and service delivery.
- Demonstrated ability to support personal recovery and deliver recovery focused, evidence based interventions.
Demonstrated ability to uphold the human rights of people experiencing mental health issues and challenging stigma and discrimination; advocating to address the poor and unequal living circumstances that adversely impact on recovery.
