Registered Nurse: $1,424.28 - $1,999.64 per week
Psychologist: $1,541.86 - $2,256.77 per week
Allied Health Level 1/2: $1,463.51 - $2,087.89 per week

Ryde Community Mental Health Centre

Ryde Hospital is having an incredible $479 million complete hospital redevelopment that will transform the delivery of healthcare for the Ryde local community.
The Ryde Hospital Redevelopment will result in new health facilities and enhanced services including emergency, ICU/critical care, inpatient units, outpatient/ambulatory care services and much more.
Construction commenced in early 2023, and will provide you with a wonderful and exciting opportunity to be part of the Ryde team to change the future health services for the Ryde Community completely.

 
What you'll be doing
Provision of recovery oriented and trauma informed intensive care coordination to adults with severe and persistent symptoms of mental illness under an Assertive Outreach Model of Care. The team operates on a 7-day roster with daytime and evening shifts.
People of Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander background are encouraged to apply.
Candidates will need to meet the following criteria:
  1. AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse, Psychologist, Occupational Therapist or eligibility for membership with AASW.
  2. Demonstrated ability of putting people who experience mental health issues first and at the centre of practice and service delivery.
  3. Demonstrated ability to support personal recovery and deliver recovery focused, evidence based interventions.
  4. Demonstrated ability to uphold the human rights of people experiencing mental health issues and challenging stigma and discrimination; advocating to address the poor and unequal living circumstances that adversely impact on recovery.
