Hornsby Ku-ring-gai Hospital.
What you'll be doing
To provide nursing and health services as a member of a multi-disciplinary community mental health team which offers triage, assessment, treatment, ongoing case management and discharge planning services to individuals in Northern Sydney Local Health Districts.
People of Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander background are encouraged to apply.
Candidates will need to meet the following criteria:
- Current AHPRA registration for relevant discipline - Psychology, Occupational Therapist, Registered Nurse, Eligibility for membership with AASW for Social Workers.
Demonstrated, comprehensive mental health assessment and crisis intervention experience. - Demonstrated experience and skills in suicide risk assessment and management.
- Experience working in community mental health and a demonstrated knowledge of the NSW Mental Health Act.
- Current NSW Driver's licence.
