Where you'll be working: Brookvale Community Health Centre - Northern Beaches Community Mental Health Services - Adult Mental Health Team
What you'll be doing: To provide nursing and health services as a member of a multi-disciplinary community mental health team which offers triage, assessment, treatment, ongoing case management and discharge planning services to individuals in Northern Sydney Local Health Districts.
People of Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander background are encouraged to apply.
Candidates will need to meet the following criteria:
- Recognised qualifications as a Psychologist, Registered Nurse, or Occupational Therapist with current registration through the relevant Professional Board of the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency, or eligibility for Membership for Social Workers with the AASW
- Demonstrated, comprehensive mental health assessment and crisis intervention experience. Demonstrated experience and skills in suicide risk assessment and management.
- Extensive case management/care co-ordination skills.
- Current NSW Driver's licence.
