Manager, Youth Health, Wellbeing and Out of Home Care Health Pathways Team
- Tertiary qualifications in a clinical, health-related field and/or demonstrated experience working extensively with children, adolescents, and young adults in a community health context.
- Describe how you will apply the experience, skill and knowledge you have working with the health needs of priority population groups including children and young people living in out of home care, Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander and other vulnerable young people needing support with their healthcare needs.
- Describe the leadership and management skills and experience that would make you a good fit for an interdisciplinary community health team leader role.
- List the computer and digital programs that you are confident in using. Discuss your data management skills.
- Please describe an interagency partnership that you have played a key role in establishing and/or sustaining. Demonstrate the key components of successful partnerships in your response.
