Where you'll be working
Primarily based at Northern Beaches Hospital as part of the collaborative People & Culture HR team dedicated to adding value across a dynamic healthcare environment.

What you'll be doing
As a HR Business Partner, you will provide expert HR advice and coaching to leaders, support workforce planning and organisational change initiatives, manage employee relation matters and contribute to the delivery of strategic people and culture objectives. You will build strong stakeholder relationships and foster a positive, safe and inclusive workplace culture.

People of Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander background encouraged to apply.
Candidates will need to meet the following criteria:

 

  1. Relevant tertiary qualifications in Human Resources Management, Employee Relations, Business, other relevant field and / or extensive professional experience in human resources management at a senior level in a large diverse service industry organisation.
  2. Current N.S.W Drivers Licence.
