Where you'll be working: Macquarie Hospital
What you'll be doing: The position will be required to provide high level administration support to the Health Contact Centre Team Leader and the Health Contact Centre Operational Manager.
Duties to include quality management of Health Contact Centre functions, generation of reports, data entry, maintenance of the Health roster, arrangement and minute taking of meetings, management and implementation of new technology, education and training of Health Contact Centre staff, generation of correspondence, filing, and general Health Contact Centre functions.
The position will also be required to develop knowledge of the targeted Intake and Admission services streams to function effectively in the position.
The use of technology and the ability to move from one service request type to another is essential.

Candidates will need to meet the following criteria:
1) Demonstrated experience working in a challenging environment and ability to prioritise, take direction, and show leadership when required.
2) Demonstrated knowledge of the quality improvement cycle and implementation and maintenance of quality projects.
3) Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of the Northern Sydney Local Health District Acute and Sub Acute Facilities, including Primary and Community Health
