  1. A tertiary qualification in Accounting, Business, Commerce or Health Administration and/or extensive experience in accounting within a large organisation, preferably within the public sector.
  2. Extensive experience in complex General Ledger reconciliations, preparation of detailed accounting information and reports, and providing advice to other staff on the completion of work in this area.
  3. Proven ability to manage and prioritise workloads to meet competing demands. High level interpersonal skills and consultation skills, with the capacity to explain and discuss accounting or policy issues to a diverse range of stakeholders.
