What you'll be doing
The Executive Support Officer provides a range of executive and administrative support services across the Senior Leadership Team and their respective Directorates within Northern Sydney Local Health District (NSLHD). The position will facilitate the delivery of business operations and provide high-level support to Senior Executives to ensure achievement of organisational objectives.
People of Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander background are encouraged to apply.
Candidates will need to meet the following criteria:
- Demonstrated experience in providing management support at an executive level including a proven capacity to operate effectively in an environment demanding confidentiality and discretion in issues management.
- Proven high level of organisational skills including the ability to effectively prioritise workload and meet deadlines.
- Demonstrated excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to prepare briefings, reports and correspondence.
