Where you'll be working
The Executive Support Unit, Office of the Chief Executive. Located on the Royal North Shore Hospital Campus. In-office attendance is required for this role.
What you'll be doing
In this role, you will provide high-level administrative support to the Executive Support Unit, managing executive correspondence, briefing notes, and travel requests to ensure timely and accurate processing. You’ll be the first point of contact for visitors and callers, delivering professional reception services and maintaining strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
You will also assist with a range of other administrative tasks to support the smooth and efficient operation of the Executive Support Unit. Your attention to detail and commitment to excellent customer service will help ensure the unit runs effectively.

Candidates will need to meet the following criteria:
- Strong communication skills with the ability to liaise and engage with internal and external stakeholders including consumers, patients and the public, staff and NSW Health, and government agencies.
- Demonstrated experience in providing administrative support at an executive level including preparing high level written correspondence (letters, briefs, and memos).
- Proven ability to use information technology and systems, including Microsoft Office, and HP Records Manager (TRIM).
