Candidates will need to meet the following criteria:

  1. Current AHPRA registration as an Enrolled Nurse with recent clinical experience within an acute hospital environment.
  2. Describe a time in your nursing experience when you had to rapidly assess a patient with complex or unclear symptoms. Explain the situation, and how you applied your clinical knowledge, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills to determine priorities, make decisions, and guide your actions. 
  3. Share an example of how you have used effective interpersonal or written communication to coordinate care with a multidisciplinary team and ensure safe, timely outcomes for a patient?
