What you'll be doing
The Electronics Technician - Medical Services Division is a position within the Clinical Technology Service (CTS) of Northern Sydney Local Health District (NSLHD), consisting of 29 engineering, technical, clinical and administrative staff. The role reports directly to the Senior Electronics Technician, Medical Services Division. The role exists to provide technical support for clinical equipment including, procurement, repairs, preventive maintenance, performance verification, and risk management of medical equipment and systems to ensure patient safety and accuracy of treatment.

Candidates will need to meet the following criteria:
- Minimum qualification is in Electronics or Electrical Engineering, or equivalent from a recognised tertiary institution. Equivalent qualifications must be recognised in Australia at this level.
- Capabilities for the repair, maintenance, and troubleshooting of digital/analogue electronic or electromechanical equipment, with some understanding of Australian standards relevant to the management of medical equipment.
- Current NSW drivers licence.
