Where you'll be working
Hornsby Centre Northern Sydney Home Nursing Team
What you'll be doing
Assess, plan, implement and evaluate community nursing care, in the patient home or clinic, in collaboration with individual/s and the greater health care team to achieve quality patient outcomes.
People of Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander background are encouraged to apply.
Candidates will need to meet the following criteria:
- Registered Nurse –Division 1 with Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA); and Current NSW Drivers Licence.
- What clinical skills and competencies do you have that will be relevant to the role of a Community Registered Nurse?
