  1. Tertiary qualifications in a clinical discipline, social work, psychology or other relevant social sciences discipline and/or relevant experience. Current unrestricted Drivers Licence which is valid in NSW.
  2. Considerable experience and understanding of child protection principles and practice with an ability to interpret the legislative context within child protection interventions and an understanding of current and previous reforms within the sector.
  3. Demonstrated ability to apply advanced problem solving and analytical skills in relation to child protection and wellbeing risk appraisal and decision making.
  4. Demonstrated ability to build and sustain collaborative relationships, networking with a range of stakeholders, and the ability to understand processes, to foster flexible approaches to delivery of services with an ability to work in isolation, in an environment of high and competing demands.
