Cardiac Physiologist
An exciting opportunity exists at RNSH Cardiology Department for Grade 2 Cardiac Physiologists to join an experienced, dedicated, and passionate Cardiac Physiologist team. The successful applicant will have experience in the Echo and/or EPS Laboratory and must also have completed an accredited ultrasound course and/or an electrophysiological course.

Remuneration: $53.29 - $58.96 per hour

Where you'll be working
Royal North Shore Hospital, Cardiology
What you'll be doing
Echo, EPS, ECG, Holter Monitoring, Stress Testing, Tilt Table Testing, Cardiac Catheterisation (including 24/7 on call) or Pacing/AICD based on education and skillset.
Please note those interested in FT have the option if successful to work FT over 4 days and get a day off weekly or work FT over 5 days.

Candidates will need to meet the following criteria:
- Hold a bachelor of science degree (or equivalent) and holds a Post Graduate Degree in Sonography or qualifications or competencies deemed equivalent by the employer and performs Cardiac Sonography or Electrophysiological Studies (EPS).
- Are you independent in identifying and interpreting 12-Lead ECGs (normal and abnormal) and analysing rhythm?
- Do you have relevant experience in Cardiac Catheterisation &/or Cardiac Devices?
- Do you have a formal qualification in Echocardiography &/or Electrophysiological Study?
