Where you'll be working
 
Mona Vale Hospital, Brookvale Community Health Centre, and Manly Adolescent and Young Adult Hospice

What you'll be doing
This is a strategic leadership role within the executive team of Mona Vale hospital. The role supports Allied Health services across Mona Vale Hospital and its associated community health services. This role offers a unique opportunity to make a meaningful impact in a dynamic and collaborative environment. Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to

  • Providing high-level strategic leadership and planning for Allied Health professionals.
  • Delivering professional governance and accountability across Mona Vale Hospital, AYAH, and CHSP.
  • Acting as the principal reference point for Allied Health direction and planning.
  • Contributing to executive leadership and decision-making across the hospital and community health services.


People of Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander background are encouraged to apply.

Candidates will need to meet the following criteria:

 

  1. Allied Health discipline qualification, business administration or health management and/or relevant and extensive experience within a health environment.

     

  2. Ability to provide leadership as part of the executive team and support, mentor and develop staff.

     

  3. Demonstrated high level interpersonal, communication, consultation and negotiation skills with the ability to maintain productive working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
