Administration Support Coordinator
We are seeking a proactive and enthusiastic senior administration coordinator to join our team at BreastScreen Northern Sydney Central Coast.

Where you'll be working
Mainly based at our office in St Leonards, but regular travel to our Erina site at least 1-2 days per fort-night
What you'll be doing
You will be responsible for coordinating the administration team, guiding and maintaining efficient workflows, implementing administration processes.
People of Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander background are encouraged to apply.
Candidates will need to meet the following criteria:
- Ability to work in a variety of roles within the service and as the leader of a team of administrative staff.
- Demonstrated excellent communication skills, a highly professional phone manner and extensive interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated to be self-motivated with excellent time management skills.
- Demonstrated experience in supporting a team in delivering professional customer service through face to face and telephone communications.
