What you'll be doing
Joining the Northern Sydney Local Health District (NSLHD) ACAS will mean you will be part of a dynamic team with various sites providing Aged Care Assessment to NSLHD. Excellent education and supervision is provided on an ongoing basis. The team will welcome applications from all those with strong interest and passion for working with older persons and who want to be part of an experienced friendly multidisciplinary team. Applicants need to have a strong commitment to working to a high standard and within very tight time frames. 
People of Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander background are encouraged to apply.
Candidates will need to meet the following criteria:
  1. Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of stakeholders, including clients, carers, health professionals, and service providers. Proven experience in preparing accurate documentation, responding to enquiries promptly, and conveying information clearly and professionally in both written and verbal formats.
  2. Proven ability to manage competing tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail. Demonstrated experience in identifying issues, implementing practical solutions, and prioritising workload to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.
  3. Demonstrated ability to work independently as well as effectively in a collaborative team environment and proven capacity to manage tasks autonomously while contributing positively to team goals.
