Where you'll be working
Macquarie Hospital, North Ryde

What you'll be doing
The Administration Officer (AO) will support the work activities of the teams reporting to the Operations Manager. The AO will provide administrative functions across the Macquarie Hospital facility and will work closely with existing administrative staff. 

People of Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander background are encouraged to apply.

Candidates will need to meet the following criteria:

  1. Demonstrates extensive experience undertaking administrative support roles and responsibilities including meeting minute taking.
  2. Capacity to work under broad supervision and to undertake a diverse range of tasks as an effective member of a team in high pressure and high volume work environment.
  3. Effective verbal and written communication skills including competent computer literacy using Microsoft Office software, Outlook, HealthRoster, AFM, iProcurement, OfficeMax, HPE electronic medical record and Outlook.
