Mona Vale Occupational Therapy Department is seeking an organised, flexible Administration Officer with demonstrated NSW Health experience at an A03/4 level. We are looking for someone with a positive and compassionate disposition as the "first face" of our service.

Where you'll be working
This position is primarily based at Mona Vale Community Health Centre with flexibility to based from Brookvale Community Health Centre (as required).

What you'll be doing
- Administrative and Operational support to the Occupational Therapy Department of Mona Vale Hospital.
- Supporting resource management including Procurement, Fleet Cars and Equipment Loan Pool.
- This role currently provides administrative support to the BRACE and Falls Clinic at a total of 8 hours per week.
- Experience with My Aged Care and the Commonwealth Home Support Program is desired.

People of Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander background encouraged to apply.
 
Candidates will need to meet the following criteria:

  1. Demonstrated experience in a public hospital administrative setting with a highly professional phone manner.
  2. Excellent oral, written and interpersonal communication skills.
  3. Well-developed computer skills including accurate data entry skills and experience in NSW Health applications.
