- This is an identified position for persons of Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander descent. Aboriginality is a genuine occupational qualification and is authorised by Section 14(d) of the NSW Anti-Discrimination Act (1977).
- Relevant tertiary qualification and/or equivalent demonstrated experience in developing and delivering programs in the Aboriginal cultural capability training and/or workforce development.
Demonstrated ability to address challenges related to cultural capability, inclusion and systemic barriers in diverse workplace settings. Demonstrated experience in training and group facilitation and presentation, particularly in cultural capability training.
