What you'll be doing
The position of Technical Programs Manager exists within Digital Health Services (DHS) and supports all sites within Central Coast Local Health District (CCLHD). Under the leadership of the Deputy Director Digital Health the position is responsible for strategic and operational management of the Customer Support Services and Technical Service stream including Network Communications and Server Operations. The position is responsible for strategic and operational oversight of DHS projects and day-to-day business operations to align with the LHDs Strategic Plan, DHS Plan, DHS Charter, DHS Operational Plan and other strategic initiatives. The Technical Programs Manager oversees the full lifecycle of complex, cross-functional technical projects, from concept to completion, by managing resources, budgets, timelines, and risks while acting as a liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders. The ideal candidate has a strong technical background, excellent project management skills, and the ability to work with cross-functional teams to drive projects from initiation to completion.
