Nurse Unit Manager - Acute Care Team/PACER

1. Registered Nurse Division 1 with Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (APHRA) and relevant management tertiary qualification of equivalent work experience or a combination of study and work experience and demonstrated commitment to professional development and Current NSW Drivers Licence.
2. Extensive and recent post registration clinical experience in both community and inpatient acute settings and have knowledge of the NSW Mental Health Act (2007)
3. Demonstrated ability to lead, manage, support and value the contribution of a multidisciplinary team and demonstrated effective leadership and negotiation skills
4. Demonstrated knowledge and/ or experience in change management and initiating service delivery models with an established service.
5. Evidence and commitment to patient/customer focused care , clinical governance and quality improvement
